See another person. Say thank you. Acknowledge their effort to make the world a better place, however quietly they do it.
This is how we change: safely, using respect and courage.
The courage to connect.
The respect that allows us to grow and support others as they grow.
Change is a collective project. It starts with a glance, and a word.
