I have created a FREE habit tracker to help people make lasting changes. It will track a few basic but Important metrics that everyone should be nailing down everyday. It will also get you a score out of 100 so you'll know if you are doing enough of that habit (for example - I drink water everyday, but am I drinking enough?)
