I have created a FREE habit tracker to help people make lasting changes. It will track a few basic but Important metrics that everyone should be nailing down everyday. It will also get you a score out of 100 so you'll know if you are doing enough of that habit (for example - I drink water everyday, but am I drinking enough?) The goal with it is to build the autonomy so eventually you won't need the app anymore. Have a look, test it out, let me know if it breaks. Hey Guys. I want to host our first live event for the members! It will be a Q and A all about Nutrition. This will be a great place to start a series of webinars based on your questions because I'll be able to focus in on more specific topics for the online seminars that will follow. The only problem I have is - when will we have the live call? Let me know when suits by commenting below, but make sure your suggestions are outside the gym operating hours.
