Who is this for? Anyone! But especially those who are putting in the work at the gym but feel their nutrition isn’t supporting the results they want - particularly fat loss and body composition. Is this just another diet? No. The goal is to build a way of eating you can follow alongside training and normal life. We’ll focus on practical habits, repeatable meals and knowing what to work on next - not trying to be perfect for 12 weeks. What do I actually get? An InBody scan to establish your starting point, the full 12-Week Lean Comp Nutrition course in our Members Hub, Lean Comp Nutrition Pro app access, and a live group coaching call each month. Why do I need an InBody scan? It gives us a baseline for things like body fat and muscle mass. It’s a starting point, not a judgment or a score you have to “pass”. Will I have to count every calorie? No. The starting point is getting the fundamentals right and building consistency. The course will give you a clear structure to follow, so you’re not left guessing what or how much to eat. There is a section on calories counting and how that works in the course, were I do recommend people try it for a day or 2 to find out if it is useful for them. This also helps to deepen your knowledge on your own food consumption. Do I need to do more workouts? No. This is about making your nutrition support the training you’re already doing- not adding more exercise because the scale isn’t moving. What does the Pro version on the nutrition app do? It helps you track your daily habits and gives you access to better AI coaching and check-ins, habit trends, and meal-planning tools between classes and group calls. Is this one-to-one coaching? It’s a group challenge, with monthly live coaching calls and support from the course and app. You’ll be able to bring real questions to the calls, but it isn’t a one-to-one coaching package. You will have your Ai coach on hand 24/7 to answer any questions you might have. What if I have a bad week?
