I’ve been seeing some of you posting your before & after color grading shots…
and this is exactly how progress is made.
Not by watching tutorials once.
Not by saving videos.
But by applying, comparing, adjusting, and repeating.
Seeing the LOG footage next to the graded version does two things:
- it trains your eye 👁️
- it builds confidence in your taste and decisions
This is how you go from random tweaks -> intentional grading.
If you haven’t posted yours yet:
👉 do it. Even if it’s not perfect. Especially if it’s not perfect.
This community isn’t about flexing results.
It's about showing the process.
Keep posting:
- before vs after
- what you changed
- what you struggled with
That’s how you actually level up and help others level up too.
Momentum > perfection.
