What I observe a lot is that many people imagine that growth comes from these huge moments such as a big breakthrough, or a viral video, massive wave of motivation. or any kind of crystal-clear proof that all the effort is paying off.
But if I am being honest, some of the most important moments in building anything have been much quieter than that. Just a sentence in my journal that explains what am I doing this for. A walk where I remembered why I started. A tiny inner shift from “this is not working” to “I am still becoming the person who can carry this and that's actually what mattered all this time.”
Those small moments matter so much more than people think. Because when you are building something long-term, you do not need constant fireworks. You need enough inner conviction to not abandon yourself in the middle, because if things aren't still working out, that's exactly the place where you are right now. And sometimes that steadiness comes from one tiny reminder that brings you back to your own path.
That is why I love simple reminders. They cut through all the noise that your self talk can create. They bring you back to the truth. And they stop one hard day from becoming a whole month of self-doubt.
What is one tiny reminder you think you need to hear right now so you keep going instead of going hard on yourself?💫
