Day 17 Done 💪 short strategy: fastest path to exposure
A little bit of frustratiion at the moment with SKOOL APP. I was almost done with this post and then I checked something else and it disappeared. This part of SKOOL I don't like plus it freezes alot. What I'll do from now on is safe the post several times to make sure I don't lose it, and keep editing., So today I created the following: ● Planned 3 Shorts That support my channel ● Crafted 3 shorts for each video and will be created either by Nexus Clips or Opus clips from the long form video. I'm evaluating both. ● Learned about Batch Recording - Ill be doing this since @Alexa Saarenoja stated that shorts clips from the long form video is the lazy way.. 😅🤣😂😻 I'll probably still create some clips from my long form using Nexus Clips or Opus clips or Submagic. ● Listed five bullet points for shorts ● Crafted 3 different kind of 1 Second Hooks ● Pain Hooks ● Result Hooks ● Myth Hooks Then A BOLD QUESTION ● Created Short's CTA - several examples ● Created Pinned Comment Text - there are different types of pin comments I learned from ChatGPT ● Reflection (engagement + relatability) ● Story Prompt ( Community Building ) ● Action step ( drives transformation mindset close) ● Barrier Identification (deep engagement trigger) ● Identity Shift (strong for my niche) PLUS ● Viral Style ex. ( be honest - are you actually stuck or just scared to begin again?? And more after watching Day 17 Video. Onward to day 18! Cheering Squad, Thank you in advance for your support. The beautiful thing about this challenge is you can go at it like a masterclass at university level or like I did, middle school and just want to get it done! @Lillie Handy Dominguez you are showing the university level of study for sure! No matter the level of study, it all comes down to implementing the lessons learned, that will be a life long journey to develop! At least we have a goal in our golden years!
Day 17 - Creator Breakthrough Series (Shorts Strategy: Fastest Path to Exposure
This day seemed easier than the previous day. I still will revisit this one. My notes are written but scanty so I won't post them here. I decided that I will be adding Shorts to my channel. I will use one of the AI apps to create them from my long-form videos. I can't wait to return to this section, though, to watch how it all works and grows. And with that, this day is done (for now). I'm looking forward to the next step which is about playlists. PS. Not as tired as yesterday, but still could get more rest. Just an update in case you were wondering. Gratitude Statement: Each of you, I appreciate for reading, clicking, and commenting on this and other posts. It keeps me going and makes me responsible to you, so thank you!🙏🏾 Cheering Accountability Tags: @Yvette Bowlin @Jenny Sharratt @Dajana K. @Michael LeJeune @Cam F @Travel Gran @Jaye Brunner @Eddi Pinegar @Adam Tinkoff @Ricardo Solomons @Dawn Ponsford @Monika Astara Murphy @Andy Asher @Deb D @Laura Niebauer @Cat PInegar @Virgil Rucker @Lillie Handy Dominguez @Tina Lynn @Debbie Pearson

Can you feel it @Dr. Saundra Stancil or see it? Day 30 is right down the road! You will be done soon! I am hot and cold on shorts! What I like, they are fillers on days and weeks I don't have a long video ready to go. What I don't like is, I can get hung up in the editing portion! You will find your pace and rhythm using them. I do know they have increased my watch time! I think Alexa shared in one of her videos, to make the end flow right back into the beginning, then people watch it over and over, before they realized they have watched several times. I thought that was brilliant. I had to have AI help me on that!
Day 16 - Creator Breakthrough Series (Your First 100 Subscribers Plan)
Well, this one caught up with me. I'm tired. (There it is; I'm not the EverReady Bunny after all.) I will revisit this one for sure. Plus I love the idea of doing shorts to drive traffic to my long-form videos. I watched this video 4 times. My notes are empty, to me, but here. I decided to return to working this challenge in the mornings after my devotions. I am fresher and have a clear mind. I won't stagnate, but will move on to Day 17 because I am going to revisit their entire series after it's completed. This journey can be all consuming, a caution a dear loved one pointed out to me a couple of days ago. It is good to rest the body and the mind. All the work will be there in the morning. I think it is a lie that we will have arrived after doing the challenge. @Dr. Saundra Stancil I feel like you, I will have to revisit this challenge, it is not a one and done journey. I like that we are all at different stages in the challenge, it is good for me to remember what I learned on each day.

@Dr. Saundra Stancil you said it so well, I had to chuckle, my husband out of college, 48 years, me 45 and we still have some of our college text books we refer to from time to time! 🤪
Day 16 Done 💪
Another very good day of learning about what happens right after my pivoting to gain at least 100 new subscribers. ● Learning about other similar creators where the audience is overlap with mine ● how to leave thoughtful comment on other creators videos ● learn how to engage on my own videos by pinning a comment, types of replies, questions to ask and follow-ups ● brainstorming on shorts, getting the hooks for each short ● ideas on who and how to collab with other creators ● listing three to five small creators I could collaborate with, very interesting ● learned how to offer them value ● how to write my micro-collab pitch, either in Skool Community or Adjacent Creator's Videos by commenting on their video ● what video or short to collaborate on first So many great ideas for videos and shorts and interact and collaborate with other creators my size or even a bit larger or smaller. If anyone else is documenting a similar Journey, starting over, pivoting I'd love to connect. Onward To Day 17. Thank you in advance Cheering Squad! @Lillie Handy Dominguez I like the blue ink, it makes your notes stand out. I never took a picture of my notes, not near the detail as you and @Dr. Saundra Stancil have in yours. Great job ladies.
Day 15 - Creator Breakthrough Series (How YouTube Actually Works in 2026)
As you know, it has been an intense period for me, but I did not quit and I do not quit... I Continue!!! It was almost a month (22 days actually), but I never quit. I talked about it and worked on it daily even though you did not see me post about it. Silence is golden and with that golden nugget, this Day 15 is completed & proof attached.😁 It is important to take care of your priorities and address obstacles that interfere😅. Then there are advancement opportunities that shifts the growth cycle📈. This is what happened in the last few weeks: - served 7 clients (including 2 emergency clients) - started my Skool Community for this pivot & learning everything😁 - updated my profile here twice - took a business trip and this CBS challenge with me😀 - met with in-person & virtual colleagues & collaborators - joined a couple of Skool groups that will benefit this entire career shift of my retirement business (Thanks, @Mike Bayer , @Des Dreckett, @Alexa Saarenoja's new group--all are Game Changers!💥📈🔥) - secured a CRM for this business🔥 - had urgent home roofing repairs done - prepped two trade shows, & done - recorded and edited videos - computer maxed out of memory!!!😨 - prep for in-town guest for business interview of me - and even more I won't mention I'm just documenting for my own reference, but you can enjoy the above (or get exhausted reading it, lol😆). For me, can't stop, won't stop💪🏾. In my past, I hate numbers and do all kinds of creative things with them. But this day, like many of the other days in this challenge, was encouraging. I am going to like the numbers!😍 The ultimate lesson was Alexa's final statement: -CTR brings my clients in -AVD keeps my clients watching -Engagement shows my clients I care That's it! I'm all ready for Day 16--this one is going to be exciting too!😀 Side Info: -Current Niche: Teaching Gift Basket Biz Startups

@Dr. Saundra Stancil Happy feet makes my heart happy! I needed this GIF this morning. I am so happy I said yes to doing this challenge, pretty sure I was a little late to jumping in at the beginning. We all get it done in our own time.!
