Last week, I had a sudden realization.

A competitor appeared almost out of nowhere and, in just over a week, grew to more than 5,000 subscribers. His numbers were climbing steadily every day. What stood out even more was how closely his channel mirrored mine—same target audience, similar content style, and similar delivery.

That’s when it clicked: something in this space clearly works. There’s a pattern, a formula, or a set of principles driving that kind of rapid growth.

There may be many possible explanations, but my focus now is on finding the right one—the one that truly makes the difference. And whatever that explanation is, it has to align with my principles, values, purpose, and focus.
