鹹酥雞
麵衣的皮的顆粒感,主要還是地瓜粉比較像台灣的鹹酥雞。我覺得醃製特別重要,所以必須多幫雞肉打孔,均勻入味。啤酒跟雞蛋我覺得讓雞肉更嫩吧
