Strong session today. Tony Guarnaccia broke down a simple but important concept: if AI doesn’t recognize you as the expert, your market won’t either. The focus was on getting positioned through podcasting, consistent content, and strategic visibility so you show up as the authority when people (and AI) are looking. Big takeaway: authority isn’t claimed—it’s built through repetition, placement, and being seen in the right conversations. We also spent time on referral partnerships, which is where the real opportunities are coming from inside this group. Making intentional connections, identifying who you should be aligned with, and actually having the conversations that lead to deals.
