Lately, I remind myself...
You act in alignment with what you believe is true.
I really enjoyed the interview with Siloh Moses and Andrew Jules yesterday and one thing that was highlighted was about how you allow your core values to guide your journey. You act in alignment with what you believe is true. Not what you say you believe. Not what you wish was true. But what you hold as truth — deep down. If you believe you are capable, you take the step. If you believe it’s “too late,” you hesitate. If you believe your ideas matter, you share them. If you believe they don’t… you keep them tucked away. This is why mindset is directional. Today might be a beautiful moment to gently ask yourself: - What do my actions say I believe? - Where am I moving with ease? - Where am I holding back? There’s no judgement here — only awareness. This is where change begins. (I am still working through my own awareness as well and I truly believe that we all are. 💛 Creative Hearts reflection: What belief are you choosing to nurture today? 👇 Share one belief you’re strengthening — even if it’s still growing. 💛 Giving Yourself Permission To Be
Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to hold ourselves in. To be smaller, quieter, more sensible more useful, more acceptable. We learned to ask for permission — from work, from family, from circumstance, from timing — before we allowed ourselves to be. Heres a thought: You don’t need to earn permission to be . You don’t need to justify being creative. You don’t need approval to be joyful, uncertain, curious, or in-between. You don't need Permission to be slow. Permission to be learning. Permission to be visible. Permission to rest without guilt. Permission to want more and appreciate what you have. When you stop forcing yourself into who you think you should be, in essence you are creating space for who you already are - to breathe. From that space…clarity softens in. Creativity wakes up. Self-trust begins again. 🌿 Creative Hearts Reflection Finish this sentence in the comments (only if it feels right): Today, I’m giving myself permission to be ________.
