Being creative: ✨ The rules are… there are no rules.
Being creative means you get to establish the rules. And the most beautiful part? ✨ The rules are… there are no rules. No right way and no perfect timeline you have to follow and no perfect outcome Just you…your thoughts…your expression. Some days it might look like painting. Some days it might be a conversation, a photo, a quiet moment, or simply allowing yourself to think differently. 💛 Creativity isn’t about getting it right…it’s about allowing yourself to begin. So today…give yourself permission to create without needing it to make sense. The moment you let go of the rules…is the moment creativity flows ✨ When you’re being creative… do you prefer:

@Flory Fuller I get that. There is a cool Strategy that I learnt about recognising the story that is influencing our actions. We all have a “past” story that consists of what happened to us as a child, things people said etc… @Amy Ting introduced me to some techniques that have helped me in this area.
Do you remember the old Projector parties of family trips???
I have been steadily going through my videos and photos from my experience in Fiji and posting them on my instagram. I had a little giggle at a 50th birthday party when one of my old friends from "back in the day" commented "oh when did you get back from Fiji?" She is enjoying the content I am posting, but thought I was still over there. Lets do a feed (this post) to share some of our travel experiences? I personally love seeing the world through other people's experiences. I think I would have loved those old projector parties that my mum and dad would throw for their friends.

@Julianne Anderson Have you seen some of those ai apps that bring photos to life. I would love to see that image of the lady sitting in the front seat of the car having her picnic life photo put through that app :). Some gold amongst those photos

Coming back to creativity
There’s something special about coming back to creativity —not for perfection… just for the love of it 💛 When it comes to creating… what feels right for you? ✨ I’d love to know… are you someone who thrives in shared creative energy, or do you find your flow in the quiet moments? 👇 And if you feel like sharing… what do you love to create?

Lessons from the Chinese Bamboo plant
There’s something I come back to often… especially on the days when progress feels slow. It’s the story of the Chinese bamboo tree 🌱 For four years… nothing seems to happen above the ground - No visible results.Just soil. But underneath?A deep, strong root system is being built. And then in the fifth year…🌿 it grows up to 80–90 feet. Not because it suddenly decided to grow…but because it was ready. I think about this often in life… and in business. Sometimes it can feel like:💭 “Is this even working?”💭 “Am I doing enough?”💭 “Why is everyone else moving faster?” But what if…you’re just in your root-building season? ✨ The consistent learning✨ The showing up when no one is watching✨ The small steps that don’t feel like much None of it is wasted. It’s building something strong enough to support the life you’re creating. And here’s the part that really stays with me… If the gardener stops watering the seed…the bamboo never grows. 🌧️ Consistency matters🌱 Patience matters💛 Faith matters For anyone who feels like they’re “not there yet”… Please don’t quit in year four. Your breakthrough might be closer than you think. 👉 Tell me…What’s something in your life right now that you’re quietly growing?

@Mark Lawrence a beautiful viewpoint. Indeed - i think also not to let negative people distract you from your dreams - even if it is people Who you love. There comes a time when you have to ask yourself what is important to you and back yourself. - speaking from the experience of today. Thanks Mark
