Puzzle Passport Challenge step 2: Choosing the puzzle
Now we are at Step 2 on our group Challenge. Is everyone happy with the 200 pc Uluru jigsaw? I am thinking of the postage costs between countries . The participants so far: @Leeanne Hurren @Sharon Prahl @Sherry Klander @Scott Hannon @Anjini Narayan @David Diga Gene @Ray Handley @Tammy Chappell @Gwenael Mouthuy @Elizabeth Jaworski @Nicole Masseque We have time whilst the jigsaw is moving across the world if you arrive late and would like to get involved... ✈️ How It Works 🧩 One puzzle. ( we will choose which one). 🌍 Travels through our community📍 Each host shares where the puzzle is now📸 Optional photos of progress or completion💬 A short reflection (if you feel like it) You can: - Complete it over days or weeks - Do it solo or with family - Enjoy it in your own rhythm When you’re finished, you’ll pass it on to the next person and update the Puzzle Passport post so we can follow the journey together. 💛 Why We’re Doing This Because slowing down matters.Because shared projects build connection.Because something simple can be surprisingly meaningful. This puzzle will become more than pieces —it will become a story shaped by many hands.

Puzzle Passport Challenge step 2: Choosing the puzzle
🧩 Puzzle Passport Challenge
One Puzzle. Many Homes. Shared Moments. We’re starting something a little different — and a little special. This is a shared passion project. One puzzle will travel from person to person, home to home, collecting stories, calm moments, and memories along the way. No need to race, no need for perfection. Just time, presence, and connection. Let’s see where this puzzle travels —and what it brings with it 🧩💛. What do you think of the jigsaw below - it is only 200 peices - wooden and very light (Postage, that we would each bear the cost of ourselves)

🧩 Breaking a Goal Into Small, Doable Steps
One of the biggest reasons goals feel overwhelming isn’t the goal itself —it’s trying to do all of it at once. So let’s keep this simple and real. 🎯 The Goal “I want to drink more water each day.” Sounds easy… until life gets busy. Step 1: Get specific Instead of saying: “Drink more water” Try: “I will drink 2 litres of water each day.” Now your brain knows what “done” looks like. Step 2: Ask the identity question. Who do I need to become to do this? Someone who remembers to drink water — even on busy days. This turns the goal into a way of being, not a task. Step 3: Break it into tiny steps Instead of focusing on 2 litres, think: - 1 glass when I wake up - 1 glass with breakfast - 1 glass mid-morning - 1 glass with lunch - 1 glass mid-afternoon - 1 glass with dinner - 1 glass in the evening Small. Clear. Achievable. Step 4: Attach it to something you already do This is the secret sauce. - Wake up → drink water - Sit down to eat → drink water - Make a coffee → drink water first No motivation required — just routine. Step 5: Celebrate the showing up Success isn’t perfection. Success is: “I kept a small promise to myself today.” That’s how confidence is built. 🌱 Takeaway Big goals are achieved through small steps that are consistent. You don’t need to do everything — you just need to do the next doable thing. 💬 Your turn Drop one goal below and break it into 3 tiny steps. Let’s grow this together 💛. What are your takeaways on this and do you have anything to add to the discussion?

@Teresa Jacobson so your goal is to be : more grateful? These are all good practices for healthy living. To be 1% better each day in? ….(a great strategy by the way to get yourself moving towards your goal).
📚 Let’s talk reading styles… 🎧📖
I’m curious — how do you love to take in a good book? Some of us love the feel of pages in our hands… Some of us squeeze stories in while driving, walking, or cooking dinner… Some of us happily mix it up depending on the season of life we’re in. There’s no “right” way — just your way 😊Reading (or listening) is still learning, still growing, still nourishing the mind. 👇 Vote in the poll below and tell us what kind of reader you are: And if you feel like sharing…💬 What are you reading (or listening to) right now?
