📚 Let’s talk reading styles… 🎧📖
I’m curious — how do you love to take in a good book? Some of us love the feel of pages in our hands… Some of us squeeze stories in while driving, walking, or cooking dinner… Some of us happily mix it up depending on the season of life we’re in. There’s no “right” way — just your way 😊Reading (or listening) is still learning, still growing, still nourishing the mind. 👇 Vote in the poll below and tell us what kind of reader you are: And if you feel like sharing…💬 What are you reading (or listening to) right now?

🧩 Breaking a Goal Into Small, Doable Steps
One of the biggest reasons goals feel overwhelming isn’t the goal itself —it’s trying to do all of it at once. So let’s keep this simple and real. 🎯 The Goal “I want to drink more water each day.” Sounds easy… until life gets busy. Step 1: Get specific Instead of saying: “Drink more water” Try: “I will drink 2 litres of water each day.” Now your brain knows what “done” looks like. Step 2: Ask the identity question. Who do I need to become to do this? Someone who remembers to drink water — even on busy days. This turns the goal into a way of being, not a task. Step 3: Break it into tiny steps Instead of focusing on 2 litres, think: - 1 glass when I wake up - 1 glass with breakfast - 1 glass mid-morning - 1 glass with lunch - 1 glass mid-afternoon - 1 glass with dinner - 1 glass in the evening Small. Clear. Achievable. Step 4: Attach it to something you already do This is the secret sauce. - Wake up → drink water - Sit down to eat → drink water - Make a coffee → drink water first No motivation required — just routine. Step 5: Celebrate the showing up Success isn’t perfection. Success is: “I kept a small promise to myself today.” That’s how confidence is built. 🌱 Takeaway Big goals are achieved through small steps that are consistent. You don’t need to do everything — you just need to do the next doable thing. 💬 Your turn Drop one goal below and break it into 3 tiny steps. Let’s grow this together 💛. What are your takeaways on this and do you have anything to add to the discussion?

🎯 Setting Goals… with a twist
We often focus on what we want💰 the income✈️ the travel⏰ the time freedom But real growth happens when we ask a deeper question 👇 “Who do I need to become to achieve this?” So let’s have a little fun with it 😄 🗳️ POLL TIME: When you think about your next big goal, what do you believe matters most? 💬 Bonus question (comment below): What’s one version of you this next goal is calling forward? Because goals don’t change our lives…Becoming does. 🌱

@David Diga Gene I am hearing that you are saying showing up to be with positive minded people helps you to be positive yourself. Trusting the process as you start to be the person you need to be for your goals.

@Mateo James I couldnt have said this better. What tangible steps are you taking to do this?
The Empty Boat Mindset
Not every collision is personal. There’s a lesson called the empty boat. When something hits you, anger rises. But when you realize the boat is empty, the anger fades. Nothing changed—except the story you told yourself. Most hurt doesn’t come from what happened, but from the meaning we attach to it. Not every insult was meant to hurt you. Not every delay was meant to block you. Not every silence was meant to dismiss you. Sometimes the boat is empty— distraction, limitation, or circumstance. Choose peace. Respond, don’t react.
