What skills and tips do you have when you consider yourself time poor and know that your solution to being time poor is to take time to create content. I would love to hear some of your thoughts.

Being a mum of a child with a high disability - through no fault of her own, I have a real passion for people to really get the "Most" out of life. I have spent the last 6 years running a digital business with the idea of setting it up for her to run with the assistance of her supports when she is 18. I have a "see-saw" of moments where at times I feel "Trapped" within the limitations of my role and then of course when I have those moments of scheduled freedom, I make the most of these moments. Travel, photography, friendships, great food, art and music- all those truly great things in life. Running a digital business enabled me to meet other carers and parents who experience similar moments that I have been with my family, My tribe. I would ideally love to establish a community that feel supported to live their best life. If you find this group and you think - I truly get this, welcome to our group.
