Congratulations to my bestie @Nicole Masseque and also my Mentee as you design an epic lifestyle for yourself. Nicole has just been featured in a book called "Words that Change the World". and on Sunday Nicole gifted a copy of her book. In the front page Nicole wrote: Thank you for holding space for me when I felt defeated. as a part of her message to me. This truly sums up what I would like our members to experience here in this community. That feeling of our community holding up a space for you to be seen, to be heard and to grow and kick some goals.

I was approached by a collegue from Spain to request that my coaching group join in on a spontaneous go live challenge. My immediate reaction was -"nope not me - I am too time poor.....etc etc etc..." I had lots of excuses not to do this. However the thought came to me - progress comes on the other side of discomfort.
