A moment when you recognised that you have grown
I had a moment tonight in a family meet up, where I recognised that I have grown. A comment that was thrown my way, which in the past would have taken me back and put me into a whirlwind of pain, was received and literally washed off my back as I was able to realise that it was "just
the person's opinion and honestly did not make an impact on who I am. It made me realise how much I have grown through being around positive minded, respect upholding people every day, looking for the good in people.
Have you you had a moment in time where you thought - oh wow. the old me would not have handled that so well....? or just a realisation that it is different today and you are grateful for the life lesson that brought you to now. I would love to hear your moment. #atimetoreflect
