A missed scope gap or an unflagged site condition can turn into a costly mid build correction, the kind of near miss preconstruction teams rarely catch until rework which almost always gets expensive.

So we built the Titan Pre-Construction Package Editor, a portable ICM workspace that reads a full document set in one pass and returns prioritized flags, a draft package summary, and a closing note on what still needs a human decision.
