A simple workflow for consistent high quality and branded listing

Before: An agent pasted a property's draft and photos into an AI chat, then polished it separately for WhatsApp, Instagram, Jiji, and PropertyPro.Then manually edited that output to fit every platform's limits, with no shared procedure and no way to compare or improved what worked.

Too many times, listings have went out with no price, drawing messages from buyers whose budget never matched, while unexplained local terms and vague availability dates left diaspora readers confused or chasing units that weren't ready.

Now:

Built the Apex Haven Listing Editor on ICM Framework, a single pass system that catches every gap before a caption gets drafted, keeps a log of all listing messages, tailor listing write up to different channels while following their policies. Now the former system of a two hour chain of separate platform edits is now one review that clears in about thirty minutes, at a fraction of the API cost plus branded messages.
