This sounds like when my son is trying to lift something 'heavy' (he's 2 1/2 years old) and then dada comes and throws it like it's nothing. Dada looks like superman!
Turns out this is a positive exercise, because later on in life this practice of hero worship will make it easier for self-love and careful attention to behaviors.
