I stopped drinking alcohol 30 days ago and now I deleted my most used social media apps and it feels amazing. It’s like I have gained back 5 hours of my day.
Plus, I don’t have to see any political posts (not interested in either side) and I don’t see any surfing and snowboarding happening that just makes me crave to travel and not happy.
Now I see people in traffic, at the park or at lunch endless scrolling and think that was me a couple days ago. Now I look down at my phone for a second and realize there’s nothing to “check”. Wow, it feels good.
