Your first photo just aged out
Photos are a booking journey, not a gallery, and the first one sets the whole trip in the guest's head before they read a word. If your hero photo is still a summer shot (deck, pool, bright green trees), it's telling an October guest a story that doesn't match their trip.
Day 4 of the Lab exercises, and yes, this one applies to literally every host reading this.
