The one sentence that stopped a repeat question
A guest asks where the extra blankets are. Then the next guest asks. Then the one after that. The fix is one line in the house guide: “Extra blankets are in the bench at the foot of the bed.” Most repeat problems don’t need a new system. They need one sentence, written once, in the place someone will actually look. If yesterday’s question brought something to mind, this is an easy one to try this week. Where would your line go? There’s no right answer here. I’m curious where most of us land.

I’d say the house guide, where guests can easily find it during their stay. I also think adding it to the automated check-in message would help. The goal is to make information accessible so guests don’t have to keep reaching out for the same questions. Sometimes, small improvements like this can save hosts a lot of time!
