Midlife Freedom on the 4th 🎇🎇🎇
What does the idea of freedom mean to you in midlife?
A younger version of me would've said finances. And don't get me wrong, having money can't afford us many freedoms.
But midlife me values the freedom of time. ⏳
Time is the one resource you can never get back or make more of, so I want to be present, be intentional, and enjoy the days and moments I have with those I love.
I also value time for myself to re-energize, fill my own cup, create and just BE.
This is what I was reflecting on this morning. What does freedom mean to you in midlife?
Also, Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 (7/1) and Happy Independence Day 🇺🇸 (7/4) to those in Canada and the U.S.
