COMMUNITY POLL: What has actually helped your concussion recovery?
We ask this because we genuinely want to know. Everyone's recovery looks different and there is no one size fits all approach, but sometimes hearing what has helped others is exactly the nudge you need to try something new. Select everything that has made a difference for you 👇

The role of myofunctional therapy in concussion recovery
This is something you might not have considered. Many people post concussion have changes in breathing function and of course increased neck tension and jaw pain. Myofunctional therapy is a lesser known modality that can bring about relief. Brynn and I interviewed Alicia, a myofunctional therapist out of Ontario. Have a listen!
