Welcome to Compete Code Club
Welcome to the 14‑Day Parent Bottleneck Challenge Starts: Sept. 2, 2025 We fix your athlete’s #1 bottleneck in 5–10 minutes/day, using the training you already do. No video required—your tracker numbers are the proof. Although we always welcome video, pics, stats, journal entries, etc. Proof is the gold. No wrong way to submit...other than not at all. - Do this now (3 minutes):Post your intro (Age/Sport, Bottleneck, Baseline Week Avg). - Comment on 2 posts. - Connect with 3-5 parents in this skool community - Open your personalized tracker (emailed) and log Day‑1. Hit these steps to reach Level 3 and unlock: Parent Scripts Pack, Bottleneck Plan Template, and Office Hours access. Daily rhythm (Mon–Fri) - I post a micro‑prompt in Skool at 7am. - You run your normal practice/games that week, then log 1–5 in your tracker after every game or practice. - post week average from bottleneck tracker each week in the community (optional can also post a pic of stats, athlete pics/videos, stats, etc). Only thing mandatory is submitting numbers - proof over hope. Athletes see numbers going up = confidence and consistency stack and compete elevates. Beat-the-Boss milestones - Day 7: Beat Boss 1 (Week Avg ≥ 4.0 or +1.0 from baseline). - Day 14: Beat Boss 2 (5s across micromoments or switch to a second bottleneck and hit Week Avg ≥ 4.0). Optional help + ascension moments - Day 3 and Day 10: “Bottleneck Plan” sessions for parents who want extra eyes. House rules -Keep posts short and specific. -Track daily; proof weekly. -Cheer progress, skip judgment. We start together. Do the 4 steps above now and you’ll be set for Day 1. Winners win because they decide to—decide and execute. Jay

Post Your Proof before Monday at 8 pm MST To Win the Finish and Friend!
The Unlock I’ve built a 10-Pack Bottleneck Tracker Bundle. - One for your kid. - Five for teammates. - Four in reserve. But here’s the real reason — I want your kid to be an ambassador. To step up as the one who helps other athletes beat their bottlenecks. To be the player who raises the standard for their team and friends. That’s why it’s 10, not 1. The goal isn’t just your athlete winning — it’s your family helping other kids start stacking proof and building confidence too. ✅ Here’s How to Unlock by Day 14, 8pm: 1. Log 5+ days in your tracker this week 2. Post your Week-2 proof in Skool (Baseline → Week-2 Avg, Completion %, takeaway) 3. Refer 1 parent who joins our free group (they just post an intro) When You Unlock, You Get: - The 10-Pack Tracker Bundle (Ambassador Pack) - Parent Support Pack (phrases + routines that work under pressure) - $100 credit toward the 4-Week Compete Code Sprint (starts next week) - Early access link (limited seats so I can coach hard)

Week One Wins
Here are three wins that athletes emailed to me this week: Week 1 Wins (Proof > Opinions) - One athlete went from 2s to 5s on their bottleneck tracker in one game — and has held it for three days straight. - Another realized a different bottleneck was clogging performance more. We made the switch, and instantly they got more puck touches. - A third athlete scored two goals this week after locking in with their tracker. This is what happens when proof drives decisions instead of guesswork.

Week 1 isn’t about hype. It’s about proof.
Your job today: post your athlete’s Week-1 numbers. Copy/paste this template into the thread 👇 - Baseline Avg → Week Avg: [x.x → x.x] - Completion Rate: [% days logged] - Beat-the-Boss: [Hit 4.0+ or +1.0? Yes/No] - One-line takeaway: [what changed] - Optional: screenshot of tracker Why it matters Proof stacks belief. Data > opinions. Numbers show progress fast. Do this now ✅ Sit down with your athlete. ✅ Fill out the template above. ✅ Post it in the comments. This is how we build momentum → tiny actions, daily logs, visible wins. Post your proof now. More proof = more spotlight = more progress.
