How do you interpret this for your niche?

It's stuck in my mind, how do I create rare and valuable content?

Do you think it's better to just post content you like to make, like vlogging about your day, with some wisdom sprinkled in, or do I need to make purely educational content that appeals to my niche?

I'm a single mum, been in an abusive relationship, dated people making the same mistakes over and over, and now I want to help other women avoid my mistakes and or heal from the similar experiences they've had.

So from a content creation perspective, what should I actually do?
