Here’s a little Tiers win from this week. This feature rocks. And literally anyone reading this could do something similar in a matter of days. So this was actually my first time really selling something super low ticket, but with tiers I could stack an upsell for people who wanted results faster. (I figure that’s the goal with upsells? Faster + bigger results?) Anyways… Here’s how I made the $3,000: Firstly I started with an offer... It took me 24 hours to dial in specifically what I was helping people accomplish and how I’d package it. I decided on a paid tier structure: an entry offer for $27, an upsell for $497, and a lead magnet to start generating attention. While I’m using paid tiers, it has an element of freemium in it. So next, I began writing the free lead magnet for top of funnel, and spent more time on that than just about anything else. (The secret to lead magnets is to actually make them good) Next I built a quiz funnel in under 1 hour on Perspective. Then I went live in my free group of 1500 people and started promoting the finished lead magnet. Leads go to opt-in for the lead magnet and then get redirected to a page that shows them our first tier offer. CTA takes them directly to our about page. At the end of the live, I started promoting the paid group entry offer. Day one, 24 people bought my $27 product and 1 person bought the $497 upsell. 1.5 days later, I had 50 people inside the group and another $497 sale. We hit $2,500 🚀 Thanks to Tiers, lead's just saw the benefits of the upsell when they went to join the $27… I didn't have to do any sales calls, or pitching at all to the upsell etc. But all those initial sales we thanks to posts, emails, and live streams within my free group. Don’t sleep on free communities. They’re like an email list on steroids. One last key thing I did was explain to people why I created these playbooks. I basically shared the reason behind why I wanted to put all this information into a $27 group.
