Offer creation

I’m looking for some help on creating a new offer.. Trying it here, but definitely open to go to the paid group if that’s the place to find it.

Some background:

I now have a group about starting an e-commerce business.

But I noticed I’m actually more passionate about helping people fire their boss essentially / become time & location independent by doing something they like. (I always loved selling products since I was a kid, and I'm a graphic designer, I combined both pay interest and creativity in building ecom brands so it all went pretty organically because I liked it)

I’m a bit stuck in structuring my offer, I like the thought of being your own niche:

I was a creative and found more lucrative ways to make money through design (ecom, but also did result-based freelancing like ad creatives, etc)
I also became a dad last year and because of my lean business I’ve always been able to spend a lot of time with my daughter. Which has been the most fulfilling experience ever

I would love to help (dads or creatives) create time and location free income. I’m in doubt about making it specifically for dads (which would make each one’s experience super relatable), for creatives or just anyone.

Any comment is much appreciated, but as I said I’m always open to explore the options on where I could find help or a place where I can spar about such ideas.
