I’m looking for some help on creating a new offer.. Trying it here, but definitely open to go to the paid group if that’s the place to find it. Some background: I now have a group about starting an e-commerce business. But I noticed I’m actually more passionate about helping people fire their boss essentially / become time & location independent by doing something they like. (I always loved selling products since I was a kid, and I'm a graphic designer, I combined both pay interest and creativity in building ecom brands so it all went pretty organically because I liked it) I’m a bit stuck in structuring my offer, I like the thought of being your own niche: - I was a creative and found more lucrative ways to make money through design (ecom, but also did result-based freelancing like ad creatives, etc) - I also became a dad last year and because of my lean business I’ve always been able to spend a lot of time with my daughter. Which has been the most fulfilling experience ever I would love to help (dads or creatives) create time and location free income. I’m in doubt about making it specifically for dads (which would make each one’s experience super relatable), for creatives or just anyone. Any comment is much appreciated, but as I said I’m always open to explore the options on where I could find help or a place where I can spar about such ideas. Thanks!!

Curious to hear from people who made the switch (or didn't). I'm having the same dilemma as a lot of others have I think. In so much doubt if I should switch my 1 time high ticket offer (€1350 / payable is 3 installments) to a monthly fee of €97. What I offer is pretty unique in my market, I onboarded 2 people as a test at 97/mo and they are super happy after 2 months, I did not have a sales call or anything with them (this is what I like about the monthly model). High ticket, I feel like I'm gonna make more money shorter term, BUT I have a sales team, appointment setter, ... for this, which is also a drag! As you can read I'm contemplating a lot, I want to finalize with my goal: - spend as much time as possible with my now 9 months old daughter - be able to travel whenever with my fam - be able to upgrade the house we're building to whatever we want (no need for a chopper 😆) - be able to focus on my other ventures (ecom brand building, which I love doing a bit more) - I like cars, but it's my least important goal, I would like to be able to get a sick car eventually (G63 = ultimate dream car) THANKS in advance!
