Agree 1000%. It is easier than ever to capture those testimonies in the moment. Videos are incredibly effective as are sending out google reviews. There is a fear in asking for them at times, but when you provide outstanding customer service, clients want to tell others! Look to get at least 2 testimonials this week and let us know how it goes.
