Old Habits...get triggered.
Recently came across a couple of different scenarios that put me on my heels. Unexpected yes. Managed through those situations. Outside looking in, you probably wouldn't notice. But something shifted in me. It wasn't until recently I recognized I had picked up the habit of reacting instead of responding. Darn. That old thing again. And by that old thing again, I don't mean necessarily the react vs. respond but how quickly I can revert back to old habits from my survival days without recognizing it. Some of those reflexes kick hard. I do check in with myself. I do my best to keep my new habits. It is strange the old ones kick in such subtle ways sometimes it is difficult to detect that shift. There are a few situations I need to be way more proactive with. Going to focus on and update my goals. Because right now there is too much that is left to chance. Can anyone relate to any of that?

Amazing how sneaky and quick an old habit can sneak back in.
Yes Drop your rocks
I'll repeat drop your rocks.... don't carry that weight with you. Dr. Rick Marks tells you the choices you have and tells you the steps in letting it go. Also the benefits to your life if you choose to do so. True peace comes when you really let it go.. then you can move forward. I loved this recording and everyone should take the time to listen to it.

greatest thing that I was finally able to achieve after my divorce - dropping my rocks. This audio played a massive role in that. Mainly the lesson of - identifying and letting go of what you want from the person/party that did a wrong to you. Amazing material.

Business Starts and Ends with Efficiency
Having thankfully heard this information several times, my biggest takeaway from hearing it today was the fact that you cannot outgrow stress points. Points of inefficiencies. These look like plateaus in business. My business, being open 15 months now, has grossed $30-32k in all but 1 of the past 6 months. So my thought process for today is, where is that stress point? The goal is $50k/mo, and I’m more than capable of that.

@Nicole Mathey still something I’m thinking through I believe. Another mentor and I on our weekly call, were talking also about how it’s easy to get comfortable when you come from nothing and then are living a “good life”. So the other question is - how do I keep myself uncomfortable.

@Nicole Mathey where is the breakdown in efficiency?
Depth of Honesty, Trust, and Loyalty
What a simple but powerful exercise wrapped into one self reflecting question - are you being honest with yourself? Nothing tears you down quicker than not being able to trust your own word.
