Quiet time intro = Solo team meeting
Just listened to one of a 1000 piece puzzle, in which Tom talks about team meeting. As a team of me, I, and myself I've found that the intro time to quiet time is usually me going over what the good Lord has done for me, what I intend this day, and generally straightening out my mind space. This sounds just like a daily team meeting, though on my own. Have you found this to be true in your own endeavors and quiet time?

@William Ribellia I was going to leave this post alone, then I couldn’t William. I can’t help but think if you treat QT the same as your solo team meeting, or equate the 2 you are short changing each. For me, QT is personal, and branches into all my roles, doctor, business owner, mentor, instructor, and sales. Not just business. Second, team meetings—components such as: motivation, inspiration, and also who else can I help, through reactivation, or new customer by thinking of ideal customer, as an example. When you equate the QT and Solo team meeting, you are going to skip the 3rd part of the team meeting, losing an opportunity to create more business. Lastly you also will at some point employ others, in which case you need to lead them with a true team meeting—no better time to practice leading than by leading yourself. Hopefully that all makes sense. Keep pressing.

A real life example of Be, Do, Have, instead of Have, Do, Be. 7 minutes of speaking out thankfulness, being grateful. Simple perhaps—definitely profound!!

Reminds me of no good effort is ever wasted. No matter how small. Also reminds me of momentum. Easier to keep going than to have to constantly build.
3 Ways To Increase Profits
There are essentially 3 direct ways to increase PROFITS in any given business. -- 1. Increase the flow of new business. This is not just done through one type of marketing. It includes digital, face to face, word of mouth, print promotion, education etc....... -- This also includes your onboarding and sales conversion protocols. It does us no good to create new lead opportunities if we do not process, onboard and convert a high percentage of these opportunities. -- 2. Learn to Retain your your current business longer or increase the lifetime value of each customer. -- If we don't learn to increase retention it will require us to revisit #1 strategy more often meaning you have to start the new lead journey all over again which includes additional costs of money, time and energy. Taking steps to add value of service or products will lead to increasing the value of a longer tenured customer as well. 3. Lastly, the fastest way to increase profits in a business actually does not start with the top line (1. Marketing) -- it's actually found in Lowering Your Overhead. Knowing your numbers, managing expenses and setting guidleines Impacts profits faster than any other strategy. Consistently reviewing stats of business performance, educating yourself on cost factors, tax strategies etc. can pay Major Dividends. Also notice how numbers 1. and 2. both can contribute to lowering your overhead. --- Being more proficient with leads acquired along with consistently onboarding better and retaining customers longer ultimately lowers the costs of acquisition --- Stay Consistent In Refining All 3!

With respect to #3--recently found that getting a more efficient printer will lower my monthly costs for printing by $200. Thank you for the reminder to stay consistent with All 3--and not getting too focused on one. :)

Powerful--manager leadership style vs. true leadership style. A very interesting distinction. I have been on the receiving end of manager leadership, and it is exactly as described. Not a great work environment to say the least. True leadership helps develop the "next" leader(s). True leadership breeds loyalty. All such positive things I aspire to in my walk as a business owner and with my family as well.
