Hello ALL, I am Excited to learn everything about Commercial RE. Want to Retire Soon from the 9-5 n hopefully do this full-time one day. I've wholesale Houses n working on getting my feet wet on Vacant Lots. But Paul is Right, what you earn in Commercial is crazy compare to houses n land. But all is a blessing.
