Let’s Talk About Leads
At the end of the day, no leads = no business. The real estate industry is built on relationships, but you can’t build relationships if you don’t have a steady flow of people to talk to.
Here are a few proven ways to generate leads in today’s market:
Social Media Content: Share wins, market insights, and client stories. People follow value.
Landing Pages + Ads: Target motivated sellers and buyers with specific offers (free home valuation, list of available homes, etc.).
Networking: Local meetups, investor groups, or even coffee chats can lead to deals you wouldn’t find online.
Referrals: Past clients and industry partners are often your best lead source if you stay top of mind.
Cold Outreach (done smart): Texting, calling, or mailing works when you pair it with data-driven targeting.
The key isn’t to do everything, but to do the right things consistently.
