Intro
New to this forum. As someone asked, my real estate background beyond a lot of courses was in real estate appraisal. That is where I learned for the same amount of effort appraising single family, multifamily , commercial and retail, the money was not in single family units.
We are very interested in landing our first commercial/multifamily and start building wealth and passive income. Helping others along the way is part of the work.
