Hello! Brand new to the group. Thankful to be here and recieve and provide value as much as possible.
Currently own around 3000 units almost entirely multi family. Looking to sell about 1500 units outside of our core markets, then looking to build/buy A class properties in SC, NC, OH, and NE GA.
