Happy to Be Here

Just joined the group. Located in Houston TX. I'm working full-time at a job I enjoy from a home office, but I could retire, or be retired, anytime.

I've had some moderate success in single family, but nothing consistent. I am looking forward to the leverage available in multifamily. Marketing should be simpler, less expensive, and more targeted. I'm excited to learn how to use Commercial Deal Finder software for its market researchand followup capabilities.

My initial focus will be wholesaling using my self-directed ROTH IRA as much as possible to maximize the impact on my retirement options.
