I was experimenting with the Google NotebookLM app and uploaded an old Facebook Live video. From a single video, it generated all of these different types of files. I uploaded the original (terrible) video to the app and these are just a few of the things it created. Let me know your thoughts.

Here’s something most people never get taught. You can only move forward at the level your nervous system believes is safe. That means you can want more money, better clients, more freedom, or deeper relationships… but if your body still feels like the smaller version of you, you will hesitate, avoid, or sabotage without meaning to. But upgrading the part of you that decides what is safe to receive.
