The Great Lock-In: A powerful 90-day window of possibility is here
Have you heard of the Great Lock-In? It's currently a social media trend that focuses on committing to your desired outcomes for the next 90 days and harnessing the power of astrological and vibrational influences to support your focused actions. Astrologically, September through December is a unique window. Eclipses, retrogrades, and shifting planetary energy all point toward one thing: clarity. This period is less about chasing everything at once and more about locking in on the one thing that matters most. Think of it like this: the cosmos is asking you to prune away the distractions and commit to a vision. The clearer you are, the more aligned your results become. I have a simple question for you: What would you like to lock in for the next 90 days? It could be a financial goal. A health commitment. A relationship intention. Or a personal breakthrough you’re ready to claim. Whatever it is, this is the time to decide—and then align your daily actions with that vision. That's why I have created a short poll to help me make the right content that will help you maximize this time to level up and live life on your own terms. Click the link below to complete the form https://forms.gle/VL6Ed8Y61YZRAMAh8 PS: I’m using this period myself to lock in and take my business to the next level. If you’re ready to focus with me, stay tuned. I’ll be sharing ways we can walk this journey together. PPS: The weekly Manifesting & Abundance Circle meeting is tomorrow, Sept 2nd. We'll be talking about the Great Lock-In, and setting a powerful intention to manifest. Join Here: https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/ME7-_XAGTJ6tOayEL_uonA

Perfect timing, I've been looking for the motivation to get myself healthy again. I know what to do, I've just been avoiding actually doing anything consistently. I like the idea of "locking in" my goals.
Avoiding tasks, bribe myself with a reward
In Tuesday's Manifesting & Abundance Circle, I promised myself that I'd complete 3 tasks that I've been avoiding. As a reward, I'd take myself to my favorite restaurant, the Yak & Yeti (Nepal, Tibet, & India food). It took 2 days to complete these 3 small tasks. Yay, planning my lunch tomorrow!

Yak & Yeti near me has permanently closed! 😮‍💨 So I went to India's Restaurant a few blocks over. Very yummy!

Fishing for Manifestation: A Personal Story
Growing up, my dad wasn’t what you’d call a fisherman — at least, not in the traditional sense. But a few times a year, he’d gather our family together, pack up the tackle box, and head to a local fishing spot. The first few times we went, I hated it. It was too early in the morning; there was always too much to learn. Plus, there were things that felt so uncomfortable, like sticking my hands in a bucket of slimy minnows or trying to get a hook out of a wriggling fish, that made me want to run back to bed. But something shifted as we kept going. I began to realize that the real reason my dad took us fishing wasn’t just to catch fish. It was about the experience, the drive to the lake, the quiet moments of waiting, and the conversations that happened while we watched the water. Even when we didn’t catch anything, there was this sense of connection, presence, and peace. And on the drive home, even though we were often tired and sunburned, my dad was so happy that he’d created an experience for us. That joy was the real catch. Years later, I find myself thinking of manifesting in terms of fishing. Manifesting, setting an intention, and aligning with it aren’t about forcing an outcome or always getting what you want right away. It’s about preparing your equipment (your mind, your beliefs, your energy) and putting yourself in the right place (the environment where opportunities can find you). It’s about casting your line, setting your intention, and then relaxing into a state of active, curious awareness. Just like fishing, there’s a time to wait and watch — to trust that things are happening beneath the surface, even if you can’t see them yet. And when the nibble comes, that little sign that your manifestation is close, you set the hook, commit to your dream, and bring it in with confidence. And just like my dad taught me, sometimes you catch and release; you catch the vision, the insight, the opportunity, and then you let go of the expectation or the attachment, trusting that the next catch is already on its way.

I've been hearing that life is all about the experience. This gives the perfect visual for me, plus a step-by-step guide to changing my mindset. Thanks!

I apologize for the late notice. There won't be a Manifesting & Abundance Circle today. I'm feeling under the weather. The next Circle will be at the regular time, June 5th.

Take care of yourself, see you next time!
Before you buy another planner, read this.
The system you need starts inside you, not on paper. If you’ve ever spent money on a beautiful planner or color-coded calendar app…only to abandon it in a week and feel like a failure again . You’re not alone. And you’re not broken. Recently, I wrote an article that breaks down a powerful truth most entrepreneurs overlook: You can’t organize a dysregulated nervous system. And no external system will stick until your inner system is safe, clear, and aligned. In the article, I share: - Why a stressed brain acts like an ADHD brain — and how to reset it - What to do before creating systems or structures - How your version of success may not look like anyone else’s (and that’s okay) - The simple 2-week system I use once my energy is in the right place. This is about reorganizing your internal world so your outer world can flow with it. This is so helpful. I used to be very organized, & my calendars were art - colored inks, stickers. The past few years have brought such upheaval that any system was doomed in a couple of weeks. My life has settled down now, yet I'm still disorganized. Have I done One Commands on what I'd like to accomplish? No! Would it help? Duh! Love you, Kathryn! ❤️
