This Friday evening I am off to the Gateway Voyage Retreat (with Monroe Institute.) I am so excited, but its also way outside my comfort zone (I'm such an introvert! lol) Have you heard about the Gateway Tapes? They are guided meditations - taping into expanded states of awareness. Some people do experience Out-Of-Body during these mediations. I've tried to do the tapes on my own but have had a hard time being consistent. With the retreat it will give me the space to really focus, plus I am around like minded people. It'll be crazy being in meditation for hours a day, for several days. They encourage everyone at the retreat to not carry their phones around with them and to not scroll during free time. I am actually looking forward to this part - a little digital detox. Of course, I will be journaling throughout this journey. I'll report back after the retreat. Yay!

As I read my divinations for the week, they hit me with this gem, and it is spot on. It has been awhile since I have received such a drawn out message. I am humbled and comforted at the same time.
