Max Stary wins the Featherweight Title AND competes in a super fight in the same week!
How is that possible? An MMA fight and a grappling super fight, in the same week?
Well, in a nutshell, Max is ready to go on very short notice.
Part of being a successful amateur combat sports athlete is being an active one.
And being active means you've got to be in shape, and ready to go, multiple times per year.
Max doesn't cut a lot of weight, which is also a huge factor to contributing towards his high activity.
I have been developing Max for the last 16 months with his S&C.
We have focused a ton on movement quality, technique, and getting him as strong as possible for his size, all whilst maintaining an average skills training output of 12-15 hours per week (more than a lot of pro combat athletes!)
His progress has been incredible.
Max is a super hard worker, and is very coachable. Plus, he's clear on his goals and where he wants to go in this game - something which many athletes are not clear about.
If your S&C is on point and your workloads are being tracked and managed, there's no reason why you can't compete twice in a week.
At Combathlete, we do all of the tracking and management for you, so you can show up and perform at your best, without having to worry about all of the behind the scenes stuff.
🚨 I am opening up my books for THIS WEEK ONLY and I have 3 spots. 🚨
👉🏻 If you would like to learn more about the Combathlete online coaching program and how we can help you increase your gas tank and develop into a complete human weapon in just 2-4 hours per week...
