We Need to Talk About Job Seeker Jumpstart 👀
Hi Coaching with Kris Community 💕 Job Seeker Jumpstart is scheduled for Mondays at 10 a.m., and I want to pause for a quick temperature check. We have 100+ members inside this Skool group, but current turnout is very low. I want to make sure this is a strong use of our time — yours and mine — and that I’m delivering resources in a way that actually serves you. If attendance remains low, we may: • Shift to a different time OR • Pause this session for now If you want support with: ✔ Strengthening your job search strategy ✔ Monetizing while you search ✔ Removing pressure and positioning yourself well I would love to see you there. 🚨 Job Seekers — Quick Diagnostic: If you're currently job searching, the issue is usually one of two things: 1️⃣ If you're submitting applications but not getting interviews → it's your résumé or LinkedIn positioning. 2️⃣ If you're getting interviews but not getting offers → it's your interview strategy. There’s usually something being said (or not said) in the interview that’s leaving questions in the hiring manager’s mind. Once we fix the positioning or the messaging, things tend to move quickly. My average client lands their next role in about 45–60 days. 🚀 If you’ve been job searching for longer than 3 months, let’s fix what’s blocking traction.
