I'm Cate.

Welcome to my channel! I’m Cate Stillman, founder of ClubThrive.Global and Wellness Pro Academy. For over 20 years, I’ve been a pioneer in merging primal wisdom with modern health, guiding thousands of ambitious women to thrive in body, mind, and spirit.

My mission? To help you integrate wealth, wellbeing, and sacred purpose without compromise.

How I Got Here

1995: Graduated Carleton College (International Relations, focused on global impact).
1996: Became a Teton Valley ski bum and one of the first digital nomads.
1999-2001: Trained as a Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioner (California College of Ayurveda) and Iyengar Yoga Instructor.
2001: Launched Yogahealer.com, growing a global community around Ayurveda and self-healing.
2007: Built a global remote team and launched my first online club, Living Ayurveda.
2010: Started the Yogahealer podcast (now Thrive with Cate), with 600+ episodes.
2012: Created Yoga Health Coaching, certifying 1000s of wellness pros (500+ podcast episodes).
2018: Scaled Yogahealer to the top 2% of women-owned businesses in the US, with 30%+ profit margins.
2022: Founded ClubThrive.Global and Wellness Pro Academy to ignite sacred ambition worldwide.
2023: Amassed 7 rental properties for CLUB THRIVE retreats, built a 60,000-strong email list, 60,000 FB followers, and 100+ global members in each club.
Books: Body Thrive (2015), Master of YOU (2021), Uninflamed (2022), Primal Habits (2023), How to Scale Your Wellness Business (2023), The Witch’s Cancer Journal (2024).

Today: CLUB THRIVE is a global movement for ambitious women to master their Sacred Ambition—integrating wealth, health, and purpose through the five elements: Space, Earth, Fire, Air, and Water. Our community generates millions in impact, from individual transformations to thriving wellness businesses.
