On Dec 6 into the 7, I did a 23 hour fast, ate one regular meal with a healthy fat and protein. I leaned into drinking fresh orin/urine and water. I followed that into December 8th and did a full 24 hours orin/water fast. I could feel a higher vibration that felt more natural and I felt more able to stay in it. It was a test for me to see if I can do this monthly. My version of doing an FMD, Primal style! I am doing it again. My boyfriend gets to fast for a colonoscopy, so its great timing for me to do the water/orin fast again. My intention is to let it go longer. I could tell this last time it was helping my highly triggered allergies and asthma issues. I would like to give it enough time to normalize again.
I am adding in the primal crawling. I start off with just two minutes. I want to try it on the steps too, going forward and backward. (for those out of shape or recently ill) this feels better to start slow and add a minute every few days to reach that 10 minute mark. Always find your pace.
My truest intention is to really lean into Primal habits each day and notice the changes in myself. Witness my true self emerging more and more. For me that always involves playing in some dirt too, so I will be outdoors, cleaning up the yard and garden.
I need inspiration from others when it comes to the cryotherapy, so....share those cold experiences!
