A bunch of them are bouncing back, but honestly I’m just experimenting and learning as I go.
One thing I realized: email has a big upside — you don’t risk violating texting laws, and you’re not disrespecting a tenant or owner with an unexpected text at the wrong time.
Feels a lot cleaner and a lot safer.
Not sure what the response rate will look like yet, but I’m in the lab testing everything I can.
This business is really about staying curious, staying compliant, and staying consistent.
If anybody else has tried an email-first approach, I’m open to any tips.
