Good Morning Closers!
It’s Day 8 and I’ll be honest with y’all I’m not feeling 100%. My son’s dealing with COVID, and I feel like I might be catching something myself. But listen… we’re still stacking days, and I’m super proud of the energy you’ve been bringing.
Here’s what you need to be focused on for Day 8:
✅ Make sure you completed your mock offers homework from yesterday (post your ARV, repairs, MAO, and offer range in the group).
✅ If you haven’t yet, get your Lead Genie account fully set up so you’re ready to manage campaigns.
✅ Start pulling leads in PropStream and filter down to your buy box.
✅ Prep your first SMS campaigns so we can begin scaling outreach.
📌 Your Goal Today: Get your systems tight and ready. Organize your CRM, leads, and campaigns so we’re not scrambling when it’s time to push.
Depending on how I feel, I’ll let you know if we’re doing class live tonight or if we’ll push to Saturday. Either way, I’ll keep you updated.
