We are officially 10 days into the 31 Day TikTok Growth and Monetization Challenge. Week 1 was about building your foundation. Week 2 is about GROWTH. Tonight we are focusing on one question: How do you turn people who WATCH your videos into people who FOLLOW you? A good video can get views. A good ACCOUNT gets followers. When someone watches your video and visits your profile, they are making a decision: Who is this person? What do they talk about? Can they help or entertain me? Why should I follow them? Today we’re going to start answering those questions with our content. TODAY’S MISSION We are using a simple 3 video system. VIDEO 1: DISCOVERY Create a video designed to reach someone who doesn’t know you. Try a hook like: “The biggest mistake people make when…” “Nobody tells you this about…” “Stop doing this if you’re trying to…” “If I had to start over today…” Get directly into the content. No long introduction. VIDEO 2: AUTHORITY Teach your audience something useful. Examples: “3 things you need to know before…” “Here’s exactly how I…” “The first thing I would do if…” Show people why you’re worth following. VIDEO 3: PERSONALITY Give us YOU. Tell a story. Give an opinion. Share your journey. Talk about something you genuinely care about. Education can get somebody’s attention. Personality can make them stay. TASK 2: BUILD A SERIES Look at your best performing content from Days 1 through 9. Don’t abandon what worked. Build on it. Create Part 2. Answer a comment. Attack the same subject from another angle. Turn one winning idea into five or ten pieces of content. We don’t need 30 completely different ideas. We need to identify what our audience wants and give them more of it. TASK 3: FIX YOUR CTA Stop automatically saying: “Like, comment and follow.” Give people an actual REASON to follow. Try: “Follow because tomorrow I’m showing you Part 2.” “I’m taking this account to 1,000 followers. Follow and watch the journey.” “If you’re trying to accomplish this too, follow because I’m documenting everything.”

Today we’re fixing one of the biggest problems creators have: PEOPLE ARE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS BUT NOT FOLLOWING YOU. Views are great. But this week our mission is GROWTH. Your content needs to make a stranger think: “I need to follow this person because I want MORE.” Today we’re going to make that happen. 🎯 TODAY’S LESSON: CREATE A REASON TO FOLLOW Ask yourself: Why should somebody follow ME instead of just watching this one video? Your account needs to consistently give people at least one of these: 📚 Teach me something 😂 Entertain me 👀 Show me something interesting 🔥 Give me an opinion I want to hear 📖 Tell me a story I want to follow 💰 Help me solve a problem Your individual video earns the VIEW. Your overall content earns the FOLLOW. ✅ TASK 1: CHECK YOUR CONVERSION Go look at your best performing video from the last 8 days. Write down: Views: Likes: Comments: New Followers: Then answer: Did this video give people a reason to follow me? Don’t just look at views anymore. We’re learning to read our content like creators. ✅ TASK 2: POST A PART 2 Go back through your videos from Days 1 through 8. Find one that performed better than your normal content. Today you’re making another video about the SAME SUBJECT. Don’t run away from what’s working. DOUBLE DOWN. If Part 1 worked… Make Part 2. If Part 2 works… Make Part 3. That’s how you start building a series. Use a hook like: “Part 2 because y’all had a lot to say about this…” “I left something out of my last video…” “After reading these comments, we need to talk about this…” “Here’s what happened next…” “Everybody keeps asking me ______, so here’s the answer.” ✅ TASK 3: MAKE ONE HIGH VALUE VIDEO Post another video today that solves ONE specific problem for your audience. Use this format: HOOK Call out the problem immediately. VALUE Give them the answer. CTA Give them a reason to stay connected. Example:

Examples: “31 things I wish I knew before starting a business” “Day 1 of fixing my credit” “Things nobody tells you about buying your first house” “Mistakes new entrepreneurs make” “How I lost 50 pounds” “Dating mistakes men make” “My journey to my first 1,000 TikTok followers” Your video should create curiosity about what comes next. End naturally with something like: “Follow because tomorrow I’m showing you Part 2.” Do NOT beg people to follow.
