Making Requests Simple — a small but meaningful UI change
We’ve been listening to you, agency owners who run the platform day-to-day, and the feedback is clear.
Today the Reviews section lets you send a quick request via email/SMS, but you can’t pick a saved template or send WhatsApp, while Requests handles campaigns, but only to lists. That can create a “where do I send this from?” moment for clients and extra support work for you.
We want to fix that by making Reviews only for reading and replying to reviews, and by moving every sending action into Requests. From Requests, you’ll be able to send a campaign to lists, or a quick request to a single contact, and in both cases, you just pick a template and go. No last-minute text edits during the flow: pick the template, send, done. The goal is a single place where your clients go to ask for reviews.
We’re also simplifying auto campaigns. The current frequency/time model confuses people. The new approach is: enable the auto campaign, pick a delay (for example, 10 minutes), and choose the template. Any new contact gets the request after that delay.
These changes come directly from your AMA comments and support tickets. We want the platform to be something you can hand to a local business owner and have them use without a long explanation.
