Apple is building a “local business platform”. What does that mean for us?
Apple just launched Apple Business (April 14) and I think it’s something we should keep on our radar for Climbo @Giacomo Chinellato. This is not Apple becoming a full reputation management platform (yet). It’s mainly Apple Business Connect + Apple Business Manager + business email/calendar/directory + device management, plus a big focus on local discoverability across Apple Maps, Siri, Spotlight, Wallet, Mail, etc. The part that matters for usis that Apple is making it easier for businesses to manage their Apple Maps presence (place cards, photos, hours, categories, showcases/offers, actions like order/reserve) and they’re introducing Apple Maps ads (starting this summer, US/Canada only). Yes, just like the Google Business Profile we all know. So thinking ahead, knowing how big Apple is worldwide, I see this as an opportunity for Climbo to stand out by supporting Apple (from the beginning) as a channel. Similar to GBP being the #1 channel today. The roadmap ideas I think could be usefull are: 1. Add an “Apple Maps / Apple Business Profile” per location (like the Google Profile feature). Show if the Apple listing is claimed, and manage/track the key place card info (name, address, hours, photos, category, website link, etc.). 2. Add Apple Maps insights to the dashboard (like visibility stats, not just reviews). Show basic Apple Maps performance like searches/views and taps on call/website/directions (even if it starts with manual input/import). 3. Add Apple as a review channel inside Climbo (monitoring + replying workflow). If Apple reviews are available and integration is possible: monitor new Apple reviews and help reply. If not possible yet: at least a link-out button + task/reminder workflow (“new Apple review → go reply”). Even though it’s US/Canada first, I think we should watch far ahead. If Apple pushes this globally, the platforms that move early will stay ahead of the curve, and if we decide it’s needed, we can likely add Apple Maps support faster than most reputation management platforms out there.
Training my Ai agent - game changer?
I just wanted to share this. I am impressed with how realistic the Ai agent has become. I told the Ai to start mentioning the barbershop's loyalty program when replying to the reviews. Read below, what the reply included. "..... As a valued customer, don’t forget to take advantage of our digital loyalty programme—your 7th haircut is complimentary as our way of saying thank you for your continued trust. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Best regards," Can you imagine the SEO juice this will add? Can you imagine how this feature alone could make a difference between closing a sale and losing it to a competitor? @Giacomo Chinellato I can't tell you how thankful I am of all the work you and the team are putting into this tool.

Thinking out of the box 💡 Smart move @Semir Jo 💪🏽
Feature Request for Prospects.
Would it be possible to include the ability to have a "notes field" in each of the prospects? I would love to log notes in what we have done to contact the client. Also, as requested before, would it be possible to have email info like, email opens, non-opens, number of times emails were sent, basically email analytics?

Planned Feature: Employee Tracking + Leaderboard
Hi Climbers, we are planning a new feature around employee tracking, and before building it we want to collect your feedback in detail, because we think this could become one of the most powerful ways to help local businesses generate more reviews in a natural and consistent way. The idea is this. The business owner will have a dedicated section called Employees Links, where they can add the employees who are responsible for asking customers to leave reviews. Adding an employee will be very simple: the business just inserts a photo, a name, and an alias, which can also simply be the employee’s real name or nickname. Every time an employee is added, the platform will automatically generate a dedicated review link for that employee. It will also be possible to download the related QR code. Technically, this employee link will simply be the general review link with an extra URL parameter, something like employee=alias. In this way, we will be able to track the unique visits to each employee’s review link. So if an employee asks a customer to scan their own QR code or open their own review link, the business will be able to measure how many unique visits that employee has generated. On top of this, we want to build a leaderboard, inspired by the Skool style, where the business can see the ranking of employees based on the number of unique visits to each employee’s review link. The leaderboard will be viewable for the last 7 days, the last 30 days, or all-time. This would already create an interesting use case for businesses. For example, the company could decide that, on the last day of every month, the employee with the highest number of unique visits receives a bonus in payroll, because that employee made a stronger effort to ask customers for reviews. But we want to take this feature much further. Our idea is that if, inside the text of the review, the customer mentions the alias of the employee, then that review will be automatically assigned to that employee. For example, if the review says “Luke was very kind with us”, the review will automatically be associated with the employee whose alias is “Luke”.

@Eric C , I would think it will also be possible with the employee tracking link than it's not necessary for the client to mention the employee. Enough input for Climbo 🤓 to find the right solution. 😀

@Eric C okay, I understand!👊🏾
Pabbly
Does someone have experience with Pabbly and Climbo for automation ?

@Giacomo Chinellato, I saw the lesson but it's not my favourite part. Still to tech savy for me 🙄😁. That's why hoped on the full automatic automations you guys are working on, but is not approved by Google yet. Is it possible to work with one of your teammembers on this topic (paid) so I can walk through how I can connect it with my clients software and implement it?
