Hey Climbers, next week I’m meeting with a major retail chain here in the USa. I’ve been nurturing this relationship for over two years, and now they’re interested in exploring the possibility of a trial with 3–5 locations. If it’s successful, we could be looking at expanding to 50+ locations.
With that said, any suggestions based on your experience? I definitely don’t want to mess this up lol.
