There has been lots of advice to go do the old competitions to learn, however, I seem to have problems with PDF's I am finding in various areas like old competitions. I suspect its a ME issue as its happened in different groups and would like any assistance to resolve.

Whenever I click a pdf it says - This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.
