There has been lots of advice to go do the old competitions to learn, however, I seem to have problems with PDF's I am finding in various areas like old competitions. I suspect its a ME issue as its happened in different groups and would like any assistance to resolve. Whenever I click a pdf it says - This content is blocked. @Carla Bosteder here is the link I tried to get pdf from. However it seems to work from my phone but not my PC. https://www.skool.com/cliefnotes/first-ever-weekly-competition-is-live?p=90f50bf9Results&utm_campaign=skool_link_post&utm_content=9a42d1d697754c499c3effeee8135e03

@Carla Bosteder I will try that. It’s definitely isolated to my PC as it works fine on my phone. Thank you very much I will try it all.

@Jake Van Clief - I want to say a thank you, most memberships would never suggest to their existing members a way to get a lower price, let alone show them how. To me it says something about how you view us as a community. Wish more people did that.
Checking my thinking
I saw info about Jake’s concept just a few days ago. I spent the last few days trying to learn it. I still feel stuck but for me that happens for awhile then it hits and all becomes clear. Hopefully this is sooner than later. I have a couple of questions if I may. I started working this class along with the YouTube videos using chatgpt and it was lost. I think it’s still lost. I struggle with some of the terminology as I am not a coder and don’t get it just yet. - i understand this process a lot like google search and site maps Google likes sites with a site map as it allows it’s bot to get through the site easier. These workplaces let ai get through the info easier/faster. - I have trouble determining what gets a workspace. I am into a lot of different things. Digital marketing (including everything connected to it) I also do credit repair, create various software tools, create training classes, write and help others publish books, create and sell songs and t-shirts, have projects with partners animation, Bible school, adgrant mgmt, and probably some more stuff. These are all various “workspaces” in my head. Many will have multiple projects the the same “dna” I’m using dna to connect closely connected stuff and a lot of shared resources. .ie. SEO, websites, books, songs, training. Some items don’t share with anything at the moment like partners project, Bible school. Jake specifically said not to create too many workspaces but I wonder if there are exceptions to the rule? - I have over 3,000 chats with chatgpt and right now they feel like lost knowledge. Could I eventually Break these chats down to good info and include them in workspaces in an effort to make them useful? - If I have a lot of workspaces and start in a workspace I am wanting to work in does Claude stay in that workspace? ie. Credit repair workspace - store all my credit repair stuff. How we operate, pricing, policies including 50 miscellaneous chats over the years, call transcripts. (Does this stuff effectively “train” Claude all about my business?) and have a better chance of producing the desired results?
I'm flattered! And it's a great breakdown!!
Someone shared that a person a reaction video was made about my method and at first I was nervous but immediately it was amazing praise. I have never met with this person one-on-one and I haven't paid them or done anything other than post my own videos ! I think they do a great job at breaking some of the concepts down. It does an amazing job of breaking down some of the logic especially some parts where I go ranting in my video he slows it down a bunch ! Much needed

@Zerra Arison just getting started. Trying to understand how to make folders and content for my various businesses
Who's here? Drop your intro.
Tell us three things: 1. What you do (job, industry, student, career-changer, whatever) 2. What brought you to Clief Notes 3. One thing you're trying to figure out right now related to computing or AI I'll respond to every single one. And read each other's intros too because the person who's stuck on the same problem as you might already be in this thread. I'll go first I am Jake, I have been working in tech for 15 Years, building with Generative AI for 3 Years straight now! Excited to teach and learn! That's it. Simple, scannable, gives you data on who's joining and what they need, and keeps the feed clear for content that retains people past week one.

1 - I am Danny, My main businesses are Credit Repair and SEO, got into ai about a year ago and have been doing a lot with it, especially in the software arena as I'm building tools for my businesses. 2 - I found Jake watching someone else talking great about his ICM system. This may be the answer I have been looking for as I have broken out and expanded my businesses to over 50 different things (products/services/offering) that are all someway connected. ie Lots of educational materials to get more clients, software to help myself and clients, venturing into bookwriting for marketing purposes, helping churches, content creation etc. the list goes on and on!!!! 3 - Trying to implement ICM to make sure ai doesn't forget stuff..... This brings me to my question for Jake.... I'm trying to learn ICM exactly as you teach it and avoid creating my own organizational system before I fully understand the methodology. One area I'm struggling with is workspace boundaries when there is a lot of overlap between projects. For example, I do SEO, AI animation, content writing, book writing, software development, credit repair, and business consulting. The challenge is that many of these are not isolated activities. SEO might be used for a credit repair company, an animation project, a software product, or a local business. Book writing might support multiple businesses. AI animation might be used for entertainment, education, church content, SEO content, or client work. Because these capabilities are reused across many different projects, I'm having trouble understanding how ICM handles the crossover. When designing workspaces, do you organize primarily around the project/business being worked on, or around the capability being performed? For example, would SEO live inside each individual workspace where it's being used, or would SEO itself be a workspace that supports many projects? More generally, when multiple workspaces need to share the same knowledge, process, or methodology, what is the ICM way to structure that without duplicating information everywhere?
