1 - I am Danny, My main businesses are Credit Repair and SEO, got into ai about a year ago and have been doing a lot with it, especially in the software arena as I'm building tools for my businesses. 2 - I found Jake watching someone else talking great about his ICM system. This may be the answer I have been looking for as I have broken out and expanded my businesses to over 50 different things (products/services/offering) that are all someway connected. ie Lots of educational materials to get more clients, software to help myself and clients, venturing into bookwriting for marketing purposes, helping churches, content creation etc. the list goes on and on!!!! 3 - Trying to implement ICM to make sure ai doesn't forget stuff..... This brings me to my question for Jake.... I'm trying to learn ICM exactly as you teach it and avoid creating my own organizational system before I fully understand the methodology. One area I'm struggling with is workspace boundaries when there is a lot of overlap between projects. For example, I do SEO, AI animation, content writing, book writing, software development, credit repair, and business consulting. The challenge is that many of these are not isolated activities. SEO might be used for a credit repair company, an animation project, a software product, or a local business. Book writing might support multiple businesses. AI animation might be used for entertainment, education, church content, SEO content, or client work. Because these capabilities are reused across many different projects, I'm having trouble understanding how ICM handles the crossover. When designing workspaces, do you organize primarily around the project/business being worked on, or around the capability being performed? For example, would SEO live inside each individual workspace where it's being used, or would SEO itself be a workspace that supports many projects? More generally, when multiple workspaces need to share the same knowledge, process, or methodology, what is the ICM way to structure that without duplicating information everywhere?
