ICM ideas in other clothes

After talking with a friend about ICM, they sent me this article: https://every.to/source-code/the-folder-is-the-agent

While it is fun to see ICM ideas in various formats, it also brought the idea of 'second brain' more to the forfornt.

What does your second brain do while you're away?

What sparked that question was a detail in Every's write-up of Kieran Klaassen's folders: "Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Kieran's own tools all use those same folders, so Kieran can switch tools without moving his context."

He also keeps two folders that look alike and do different jobs. ~/cora/ builds features. ~/cora-agent/ "runs the operation. It has no app code, so it can't accidentally modify production code while doing operations work." Same model in both. The folder decides the work.

As we say in Thailand - "same, same....but different"

Should I write him and tell him to join this group? hahahaha
