Simplified ICM
@Ry Mac did a GREAT job simplifying things down. Recommend taking a look. Has his own group too! https://skool.com/buildmarketclose/about

@Art P Dude, same thing. I made a skill called an /rymac-am-i-crazy skill - at the slightest drift of something I stop the work and ask am I crazy? It just paid off as I did that 2 days ago and yesterday I ran 1 prompt and it rebuilt my entire sales content on Skool. 8 videos, about 10 mins view time each, and it did it right.
1 Pooper Scooper Problem + 1 Pinned Post + 1 Prompt = 8 Rebuilt Videos
I had 8 videos in my skool classroom that was on the "chopping board" to rebrand but I wasn't stressing on getting them done. Then @Jake Van Clief pinned my ICM Folder System breakdown in this group & it sent a flood of requests to my Skool. I didn't want to have an entire classroom full of old branding and confuse everyone that was coming in... 1 prompt 1 copy and paste from amazon middle-rendering of video 1 8 completely rebranded videos And now I have 1 pooper scooper and 2 new cats. Am people still think you can't get stuff done with files and folders? (The upgrade to AWS is a gamechanger for me, it spits out the 6 minute videos in like 30 seconds. I got $100 in credit: https://aws.amazon.com/ )

@Binit Nath yep, I've talked to many and mostly just to see what I'm up too for Jakes post.

@Binit Nath So far yeah, meeting a lot of interesting people and having good conversations. People are just figuring out what I actually do and if there's room to learn and grow :)
"Show Your Work"
Jake recommended the book and I totally haven't read it (yet). Buuuuttt, I was able to make a safe assumption from the title of it. 3 weeks I started a YouTube channel based off the title of that book Apparently I made the top 25% of creators under 1,000 subscribers, woot! I'm about 59,000 behind Jake but I'm coming for ya' 🤣

@Alex Brown My first payment as an entrepreneur in 2012 was ranking YT videos rapidly and generating leads for companies :) SEO is near and dear to my heart and I've taught it to a lot of people, I built the first (had someone build it) software in Google hangouts (now live) back in 2013 or so and created that whole use it to rank market I always said "SEO is a patient's mans game" It's also why I exited on that seo company , clients arent' patient and "I was #1 yesterday and I'm #3 today" it's like it's freakin algos maaaaan relax. Top 3 is the goal But this was also pre maps, and stuff, when being top 3 organically was the bees knees
Cloudfare just built a browser with no face (Ain't this Jake's whole point?)
Cloudflare dropped a browser made for AI agents instead of people. No tabs, no themes, no pixels. Just the parts a machine actually reads, running in their cloud on a fraction of the compute. Free beta, built in 12 weeks. Now I ain't the sharpest tool in the shed, but this smells exactly like the paper Jake dropped this morning in the VIP lounge. His numbers said: stop making the model read the whole history when 3 files answer the question, and the cost drops 95%. Cloudflare is saying: stop making the browser draw the whole page when the agent only reads the text, and the compute collapses. Same lesson twice in 1 day, from a research paper and the company that sits in front of a massive chunk of the internet: stop paying for what the machine doesn't consume. That's the folder thing. That's the whole reason the ICM stuff works. Feed the machine only what the step needs. Am I reading this right, or am I connecting dots that ain't there? https://techcrunch.com/2026/08/07/cloudflare-launches-kitesurf-a-browser-built-for-ai-agents/ The sharper tools in this shed will know better than me. I'm still learning what half everyone is saying. It's like a foreign language to me still and I can kinda' get around town and order a meal, but once it's a full blown conversation ... I'm a deer in headlights.

@Tim Adams sweet, I'll have to check those out too, never heard of them ,I just let claude drive my chrome lol but that is becoming painstaking at times. My niche research skills rips through chrome and it takes forever. It also seems to be high token usage too haha

Saaweeet! Will let ya know how it goes, I'ma' try it for sure
Am I Crazy orrr?
In the spirit of "show you work", I've been making videos using remotion, claude code, and stuff I have learned in here. I made a video on how I had to break down the ICM Folder system for myself so that I could understand it and put it on YT. This was one of the comments it received and how I answered it (image). This is an honest question(s): Am I crazy? or is there a point in there he was trying to make I missed? What I am most proud of is I think I am starting to understand the stuff because I was pretty sure I knew what he was saying. It took me a second, this stuff is still like second language learning, and I speak "broken ai software engineers dev'ish" I can order a beer and Spanish but if they start talking back, I'm lost. I had just built a site in Claude Code, launched it. I fired up my code skill I made to audit through the site for speed, mobile, desktop, seo, and technical stuff. The site audit came back with a bunch of findings. Then code fixed it. Then it got better. Same LLM, using files and folders.

@Jim Tyndall Ha! Well in that video I even say "people are much smarter than me and and I'm just closer to the start, so I can still break this down" I have no bias... Had no idea what claude code was June 15th or so, and just dove headfirst in as someone who always had to pay a coder. But yes, the fastest way for me to learn is to explain it back, I feel like that's universal for humans though. 1. The old dog new tricks symptom 2. The "it'll be ight" guy 3. The thinkin' they're keepin' up with the Jones's guy I was just appreciative of the technology being where it is. I've always taught and worked in frameworks...sales is a framework not a script. You can take my framework and plug it into any niche and it will work. You can't do that with scripts. When Jakes short hit my feed right when I knew I was using all this wrong, he was talking in frameworks and I was like I KNOW FRAME WORKS WILL U B MY FREN?!
